You are buying a glossy 8x10 reprint photo of Jack Ruby shooting Lee Harvey Oswald.  Unfortunately, on November 22, 1963, JFK was shot and killed by Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas, Texas.  Two days later, Dallas nightclub operator Jack Ruby stepped from the crowd and shot Oswald in the abdomen.  Oswald died from the gun shoot wound at Parkland Memorial Hospital.  I have been selling photos for many years now so you will be getting the best value for your buck!  Check out my eBay Store for more photos.
