We should charge by the mark on this piece. Starting closest to the bowl we have:
1/ the 1819-38 large guarantee mark
2/ the tiny after 1838 boar’s head mark
3/ the 1819-1838 Paris first standard mark “ le Vieillard”
4/ the 1809-1819 large Guarantee mark
5/ the Paris first standard 1809-1819 mark “ deuxième coq”
6/ the Paris silversmith association 1793 mark often used later
7/ the maker’s mark not well struck but probably CH that of Charles Eloi Haeghen who worked at 29 cour St. Martin, Paris from 1807 to 1813.

French first standard silver is actually better quality than sterling, at 950 parts per 1000 silver, as opposed to 925/1000.
