This is an original pair of shoulder epaulettes from Newport Transport, the privatised 'municipal' bus operator in the South Wales town/city; dating from the 1990s.
- They are in very good pre-owned condition with minimal signs of use almost as new, possibly hardly worn if at all; they will be posted in a card-backed/padded envelope for added protection.
