This is the 1960 Gibson ES-330T Hollowbody Electric Guitar. 24.75" scale. 1.69" nut width. 16" bottom bout. 1 5/8" deep.
.80"-.89" 1st to 12th fret neck depth.
This 330's hollowbody design allows for beautiful warm natural resonance.
The maple construction adds in some excellent articulation.
Add to that the P90 pickup and all of those classic tones are right at your fingertips.
The 'middle' location of the pickup, combined with the hollowbody, adds depth and gorgeous warm 'neck' cleans.
This 330 embodies the exact tone you hear when you think 'Vintage Gibson'.
The mahogany neck is comfortable with just enough mass to add to the overall tone- just .85" deep at the 5th fret with an oval C profile.
This is a stunning player.
The look is just gorgeous- Tobacco Sunburst finish showing off those grains, fully bound body/neck, multi-ply raised pickguard, and chrome hardware.
This 330 is in good condition as you can see in pictures- there is the crazing and marks you expect of a 63 year old instrument- nothing that affects the tone or playability whatsoever.
The frets are original and in very good condition.
This Gibby was just professionally set up with action of just 3/32" at the 12th fret.
