This intimate vacation destination is located on the grounds of beautiful Summer Bay Resort, just minutes from Walt Disney World(R) and Universal Studios. The resort offers several heated pools; beach with water-sports activities including Jet Skis; interactive water feature; Kokomos Tiki Bar; miniature golf; on-site Disney ticket sales; exercise room; games rooms; horseshoes; shuffleboard; volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts; and children and family activity programs. Free transportation is provided to the Disney parks.

At the heart of our resort is our world class clubhouse which features a relaxing atrium area, and a poolside tiki bar. An assortment of watersport activities such as jet skiing, water skiing, canoeing, and pontoon boating can provide fun and excitement for family members of all ages.

Smaller lakes are scattered through our resort as well as conveniently located swimming pools, most of which feature crystal clean hot tubs. This is just one of the reasons families return to our resort for their vacation year after year. These quaint two-bedroom villas are thoughtfully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, giving you the privacy you need with the convenience of a complimentary shuttle that connects you to all of Walt Disney World's excitement. When you first walk into your two-bedroom villa, you will be amazed at how large these 925-square-foot suites really feel. That's because the expertly designed floor plans allow for the maximum use of space, while ensuring the ultimate in comfort and luxury.

All Villas at Summer Bay Resort are air-conditioned and have a full gourmet kitchen with microwave oven and washer/dryer. The buildings have 3 floors and an elevator. There are no balconies with these villas. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. *Villas are assigned upon arrival.* A security deposit of US$250 is required. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to register. *No pets allowed on property.* A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Summer Bay Resort's shopping center is located on property with a grocery store, pizza shop, library and more. Summer Bay Resort offers free air conditioned shuttle transportation to transfer guests to the several locations on the 365 acre resort. For a US$10-$14 round trip per person, the resort offers shuttles to Sea World, Universal, other attractions and shopping centers. There is free wireless internet service in the villas.
