Condition as shown in scans - two large horizontal scratches appear to break up the continuity of the image - interestingly these are not rough to the touch and do not show as scratches in the surface emulsion when angled to the light, and so I can only gather that they are present on the negative from which the image was produced. Please examine the images thoroughly and utilize the zoom facility where necessary.
