REVISED DESCRIPTION 5/24:

"8x10 Graflex Pressure Film" film and/or glass plate holder as shown.

The width is 9-5-16", length of the body (excluding the slide) is 11-7/8" and the thickness is 3/4".

Has a flat plate back portion (foreground in the third photo) with thousands of little tiny points on it that keep the film flat but we suspect a glass plate is needed in front of the film to do so. None of these have such a glass plate, suggesting these are set up for shooting glass plates. Can anyone clarify this for us?

The back is retained by the two silver levers that fit under grooves on the frame, very much like Kodak's printing frames of old.

Also, we've read reports of the back focus of these being slightly different from conventional film holders as well as the short dimension of the frame being a bit too large to fit into a conventional back holders. Bottom line is educate yourself or be willing to experiment/modify either the holder or the camera to use these.

We have 11 of these at the time of posting , all in about the same condition, some have old hand written taped-on notes, some don't. All the dark slides are in good condition. At one time the dark slide handles had a leather tab to make it easier to grasp (we've had these before) but they are all long gone.

Last photo shows all we started with, you are buying one unless you put a larger number in the quantity box. If you do buy more than one hopefully Ebay will be able to figure out the shipping but we always check the final shipping amount as they often get it wrong.
