Excellent pre-owned WÜSTHOF Classic 5" / 14cm Hollow Edge Santoku Knife.

Razor-sharp blade and amazingly sharp edge, this knife is perfect for slicing through vegetables, fruit, and meat with ease. NOTE blade has visible scratches on blade steel, but this is cosmetic only from honing and sharpening maintenance. Tried to capture this in varying degrees of light, but its normal wear. Knife is otherwise excellent! This is a discontinued sticker handle, before they started stamping everything.

Crafted in Germany from high-quality stainless steel and carbon steel. Nimble and light, easy to use.
