I am selling my HONDA CM 400T Year 1981. The bike has been fully restored and is in excellent running and cosmetic condition. (Rust free). Its also fully original. Chrome and paintwork is superb. Engine runs very smooth and starts first time using electronic start. Bike spent its life in the US until 2020 when it arrived in the UK. It was restored to a very high standard before I bought it. I have done further work on the bike but mainly cosmetic/polishing. It has a 5 speed manual gear box and shifts well up and down the box. Brakes work well, front caliper recently overhalled with with new seals and gaskets and new hydraulic oil.

Brand new original chrome chain guard just fitted with original decals. Wheels and tyres are in excellent condition. Tyres with lots of tread.

I recently acquired a new HONDA hence the sale.

MOT and Tax Exempt due to classification as "Historic Vehicle". V5C present and loads of documentation, receipts and invoices showing work done during restoration. Mostly original parts from David Silver Spares. Easy to work on and spares are readily available.

Bouncy speedo needle so new speedo cable probably required or clean/lubrication as necessary.

Overall this is a superb collectable classic HONDA motorcycle that is apreciating at around 10-15% per year. Took it for a ride this weekend around Northumberland. 80 miles done and it ran really well.
