• Lens: Good condition, has some scratches on top see pics. No damage! 
• Tabs: Has one broken tab, see pic 5. One tab has been replaced with a tab kit. The others are good and intact. 
• Housing: No damage! Housing has been repaired. 
• Notes: Missing side bracket.
