This comes with the dress and the bloomers. Please note that this dress does have a little bit of pilling. One of the ruffles on the bloomers needs to be re-stitched in about a 2 inch section.

The bloomers are plastic lined, and they have a bow and bell on one side, not sure if it originally had one on the other side.
