All items must be checked for damage upon arrival BEFORE you sign for them

We CANNOT  refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order

There is no claim against the Sender or Courier if Goods damaged in transit are signed for  as

 "Received in Good Condition"

Upon receipt please thoroughly check the goods BEFORE accepting & signing for them.  If damage is found please REFUSE delivery & notify us immediately.  If you later discover damage, the carrier will not accept responsibility & we will therefore not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

We sell glass and glass related products for many models - Unfortunately we do not know of any courier that will insure against damage or breakages.  We dispatch glass related items at buyer's risk, rest assured we do our utmost to pack all glass items safely.  Therefore, all glass and glass related items are sent entirely at buyer's  risk

It assists our Courier if we have a contact telephone number

Any goods damaged in transit must be reported by 11.00am on the day following delivery & confirmed in writing immediately

All our items are "Security" marked both visibly & non-visibly
