This listing is for an original antiquarian old Historically Important 19th century document"  "Original Indenture Burwell Betts of Brunswick, NY  to Jonathan Burr of Lansingburgh, NY for 12 1/2 acres of land in Brunswick, NY  April 7,1811" for 337.50 dollars.  Approximately 15 1/2" X 13 + ".  ORIGINAL with original seals and signatures.  It had separation across the center fold which was reinforced on the backside with archival clear tape. Shipped folded as found. Shipped in plastic, between stiff cardboard and with delivery confirmation.
