The fabric evolution of one of Dainese's sports icons, Avro 5 Tex Jacket is a motorcycle jacket designed for all motorcycle riders who seek a sporty and versatile garment inspired by those worn by professional MotoGP™ riders.

Boasting EN 17092 Class A certification, Avro 5 Tex Jacket features removable lining and ventilation zippers, guaranteeing riders maximum thermal comfort during motorcycle outings even in high temperatures.

Climate comfort meets safety: Avro 5 Tex features composite protectors and PU plates on the shoulders, as well as pockets designed to accommodate chest and back protectors.

The integration of practical details such as the Veloce Racing Neck system - an extremely comfortable collar construction inspired by the suits worn by Dainese professional riders in the MotoGP™ World Championship - as well as adjustment systems on wrists and hips and a universal jacket-to-pants connection zipper further enhance this garment’s comfort.

The jacket also features a waterproof inner pocket to protect essential items in bad weather.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

CHEST

Chest circumference

The measurement of the chest in its maximum extension during normal breathing, measured with the person standing, passing the measuring tape horizontally around the torso over the scapula bones (the shoulder blades) and just under the armpits.

ARM

Sleeve length from shoulder (arm straight)

The distance from the most protruding point of the shoulder to the wrist (on the end of the Ulna bone), measured with the arm relaxed at the person's side.

NECK

Neck circumference

The circumference measured at 2 cm below the Adam's apple in the front, and at the 7th cervical vertebra in the back (i.e. NOT horizontally).

WAIST

Waist circumference

The circumference measured horizontally around the waist, just above the highest point of each of the iliac crest bones, during normal breathing, on the person standing, with a relaxed abdomen.
