Before you consider buying this, please look carefully at all 23 pictures posted for best cosmetic details and read the listing VERY VERY CAREFULLY.  I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, I DO NOT MAKE "CRY BABY" AFTER PURCHASE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS, I DO NOT PAY FOR POSSIBLE TUNE UPS / REPAIRS ETC. ETC.  AND MOST OF ALL, I DON'T PLAY GAMES WITH A-HOLES, THAT CLAIM ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, IN AN EFFORT TO CIRCUMVENT MY BEFORE MENTIONED POLICIES.  AND FINALLY, FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT LIKE TO BUY STUFF LIKE THIS, TO STEAL PARTS OUT OF IT, OR SWAP PARTS BACK AND FORTH INTO YOUR BROKEN UNIT, IN AN EFFORT TO DIAGNOSE WHAT MIGHT BE WRONG WITH YOUR UNIT,  IF YOU TRY TO PULL SOME BS STUNT LIKE THAT, I SUGGEST YOU MOVE AWAY, FASTER THAN I CAN DRIVE TO YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS.  

If you look at my feedback over the last 20+ years of selling on ebay, I think my honesty and integrity is pretty obvious.  However, I never ever sell electronics with any kind of operational guarantee, beyond the basics of powering up, knobs turning, buttons pushing and that very very basic stuff.  

Here is a Sansui G-5000 that I purchased at a local estate auction.  It does power up as shown, all knobs turn, all levers go up and down, and all of the buttons push in properly and rebound properly when pushed a second time.  The tuner knob does make the needle go from one extreme side to the other properly.  

Now, there is a wear to the wood or wood like cabinet as shown, especially the center of the top, as best shown in photograph 3.  Also, as best shown in picture 7, at first glance I though some sort of badge that said G-5000 had fallen off the right front, because it looked to me like you could see the G-5000 on the aluminum, but after looking at some others, I guess there was no badge there, so I'm not sure what is going on there, but it's been specifically brought to your attention.  

Also, on the front glass, above the subsonic filter button, there is a pretty good scratch on the glass as best shown in photographs 4 and 5.  

IT HAS NOT BEEN SOUND TESTED OR HAD ANY ANTENNAS, AMPS, ETC. HOOKED UP TO IT,  IN THE 5 YEARS OR SO THAT I'VE OWNED IT, SO OTHER THAN WHAT I'VE DECLARED, NO OTHER FUNCTIONS ARE PROMISED OR GUARANTEED!
