We recycle electronics, and acquire all of our items from collection events, pickups, estate sales, storage auctions etc. Reuse is the highest form of recycling, and we take pride in finding new homes for our electronics. Please understand that most items for sale in our store are preowned. We are often unaware of the history of our items. While we go to great lengths to test each item, or be full disclosure on the items we are unable to test, we cannot always guarantee the length of usable life you will experience. For this reason, most items in our store are sold with a 30 day return policy to protect our buyers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly so that we can work with you to create the best possible solution for you.

Items Sold with Free Shipping the Free Shipping Only Applies to the Contiguous United States. We Reserve the Right to Cancel Orders or Charge Shipping on Items going Outside the Contiguous United States.

The only International Shipping we do is through the Global Shipping Program.

Return Shipping is Paid for by the buyer.

All Items sold as “For parts or repair” or “As-Is” are final and excluded from returns.

Any item that has not been paid for after 5 days will have an unpaid item case opened.
