This is the PASSENGER'S side power window control switch without the child safety button in middle.  On the side is stamped 438.  Check photos for condition of chrome.  IT'S CHEAP BECAUSE THE CHROME HAS ISSUES, ESPECIALLY ON THE SIDES, BUT IT'S STILL BETTER THAN A LOT I FIND.
