All the hardware for that snap seems to be present, perhaps it can be fixed without a new snap. It is fine as is of course. The jacket has a full zip and a lot of people don.t close the bottom snap on a jacket anyhow. Also the fabric "hook" near the inside brand tag needs to be reattached if you choose to use it to hang the jacket, otherwise you can just remove it.
