* I price my books to sell and try to describe the condition to the best of my ability.  I am certainly no book buff.  However, each person has a different opinion of what “Very good", "Good", or even "Acceptable" condition is.  Ebay gives us guidelines on the definition of each condition, but everyone does not follow those guidelines.

Book Cover Condition:
Front cover:  Has rip/tear(s) on the upper left-hand corner, middle, lower left-hand corner and lower right-hand corner; Corners are a bit worn.
Rear cover:  Has stain(s) on the middle; Has marking(s) on the middle; Corners are bent and/or creased. See photos.
Binding cover:  In Good Condition.  No problems.
Binding Condition:
Binding is in good condition.  Holding pages fine.
Pages Condition:
Front pages contain some kind of inscription.
Color of book:
Book is colored multi-color.
Number of pages:
10
On the back cover there is some Green stain in the middle of the page. See photos for more detail.
