I am not an art or photography expert.

What I can tell you is that this is obviously a very old and beautiful

print, or painted photo, I'm honestly not sure. Maybe a discerning eye can view the photos closely and make some sort of educated determination.

This 6" x 12" art piece was obtained at an estate sale.

The frame it was found in was beyond repair, 

see the photo of how they looked during removal.

The bottom right corner features apparently handwritten

Online searches for this art piece, as well as Stewart Publishing Company were fruitless. You can be confident that obtaining this art piece is most likely a one-of-a-kind.
