I buy a lot of fabric at estate sales. Estate sale fabric is Pre-owned but not used, may be pre-washed, may have age-related issues, or there may be pieces cut from fabric (I only measure the uncut portion when figuring yardage). If a fabric has flaws, I will point them out. Some pieces may have been previously stitched. I sell the fabric in the state I purchased it. I usually do not know the history of the fabric. My home is smoke free and pet friendly.
