Up for sale is a Vintage 1941 Children’s Book “Meadow Friends”! This vintage children’s book was published by Samuel Gabriel & Sons Ltd. (New York) and includes great illustrations by Lucille Patterson Marsh! It is a very rare 12-page “Linenette” softcover book with beautiful full-color illustrations on the linen pages. The book is marked as No. 464 and measures about 8¼” x 7¼”. As shown in the photos, the book is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear and light soiling. The book is complete and remains stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has generally clean bright pages with some light creasing and no writing, rips, or tears. There is a little light foxing or spotting as shown. This vintage “Meadow Friends” children’s book would make a great addition to your collection!
