Natural gas. Change of heart on design of kitchen forces sale. All insulation removed and all parts finger tight. Really easy to dismantle and move. All parts present and I’m working order except temperature gauge. Cheap and readily available part.

New insulation will need to be purchased as it was intended to be replaced. Again a cheap and easy replacement can be purchased.
