Vintage, Burnside, KY money clip/mini pocket knife combo. Silver in color, stainless steel, Japan. Has a small sailboat on the front. Does have wear/tarnish around "Burnside, KY" and light wear overall. The sides open to reveal a tiny pocket knife on one side and a file on the opposite side. They open as they should.
