IRELAND 1939 CURRENCY COMMISSION ROYAL BANK OF IRELAND £1 PLOUGHMAN PICK 44c DATED 5-6-39 signed Brennan and Wilson  VERY DIFFICULT NOW. EF++ -it was sold to me by a reputable dealer as A/unc but Ithink EF++ is probably fairer ,it has a couple of short wrinkles on the top edge above "ion " of  "commission" and "ath" of "reatha" and a very minor brown stain above the "e" of "Reatha".No other flaws that I can see.
