Previously used, serviced and mostly working genuine Microsoft Xbox 360 Slim 'S' Console: as you can see from the Microsoft website the serial number of this unit corresponds to a Gears Of War 3 Limited Edition Console; this has been re-housed in a black case. If a speaker is connected to the output port on the motherboard it will make the respective 'Gears Of War' power up and theme noises when the Eject and On/Off buttons are operated.
