Comes repackaged with a Li-40B battery only . No charger. A charger for Li-40B battery can be purchased for about $6 at eBay separately.  Please note that this camera uses XD card, not SDHC memory card that are more common today. If you would like to buy an XD card for $12 extra please contact before buying. Also, you many need a UC-E6 USB cable for connecting the camera to computer for file transfer (sold separately for $4). Manual is available online, no hard copy included.
