I do not know everything that is included in the package. From what is visible you can tell all the furniture shown on the bottom floor of the house pictured is definitely there. It is unclear to me what the package contains beyond that.

Packaging is in good shape overall. There are some slight tears and sticker residue. Contents look to be in very good condition.
