This model pays homage to Miguel de Cervantes, a Spanish writer of the early modern period who left such masterpieces as "Don Quixote," which is considered the founder of the modern novel.
The design is inspired by the windmills that the main character, Don Quixote, saw as evil giants.
The rings and clips on the body shaft seem to be inspired by windmill blades.
