Payment
All payments must be processed after acceptance of offer in order for the purchase to complete. If payment does not clear, we will not ship the item and might cause delays on shipping. All payments are expected within 7 days after the offer is accepted. We reserve the right to file non-paying bidder alert if the payment is not received 7 days after accepted order.
Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders within 1 business day! If your item is received damaged, within 48 hours, please contact us to file a claim for the damaged item(s). Once we accept your claim, a replacement is sent out immediately once the package arrives to our warehouse. If a delivery confirmation states that your item has already been delivered but not received, please contact us to file a claim. All returned items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a restocking fee.
