The grade B Beans are often considered a more budget friendly option than Grade A while still providing a good vanilla flavor experience. 

While the vanillin content and aroma is the same with grade A, Grade B are smaller, less plump and less moist but priced much economically. It is the bean of choice when the appearance of the bean is not important such as making Vanilla extract and everyday baking and cooking.

• Vanilla Tahitensis beans are smaller (max length 17cm) than Vanilla Planifolia/bourbon Vanilla (max length 23 cm). We also sell Planifolia at different listing.
