It was sold exclusively at the Magic Shop in TDL (Tokyo Disneyland).

The magician is wearing white gloves on both hands and holding a black top hat. When he puts his hands inside and pulls it out a little, rabbit ears appear. The scene where the magician takes out a rabbit from a top hat is a classic magic trick, so you might expect the rabbit to appear next.
However, it is Winnie the Pooh who pops his head out from under the top hat. He looks around with a shy look on his face.
