The Vesta class starship is a new late-24th and early-25th century starship that was designed to be a testbed for Starfleet's first official quantum slipstream drive and other cutting edge technologies.  While it is considered an exploratory vessel, it boasts an impressive weapons package including mark XII phaser canons and quantum torpedoes.  The ship was designed by Mark Rademaker for the Ships Of The Line Star Trek calendar, and has since made appearances in book form and on the STO game, and most recently it has entered Trek canon as a background ship in the upcoming season of ST: Picard!  Decals are included for the pennants, lifeboat hatches, and provides names and registry numbers for two possible ships.

This is a LARGE but simple 3-piece model and is beautifully detailed.  Resin printing means you only need to sand minimal layer lines, and the detail level is superb.  It measures approximately 19 inches long at this scale, and makes an awesome and unique display along with other 1/1400 scale models!  Model for sale is unfinished and unpainted.  Example of the finished/painted model is by Gunter Reimann from this exact model.

*A note about 3d printed resin models:   All 3d models will have small "bumps" from the printing support structure that you will need to sand off; this is best achieved with simple padded nail sanding files or modeler's sanding sticks.  The 3d printed resin models I sell are washed in 99% IPA and cured under UV light before shipping, but you may want to allow them to sit in the sun or under a UV source for 20 minutes or so for final post curing if you feel there is any tackiness to the resin surface (there shouldn't be).  All resin models, regardless of design, should be washed with a mild abrasive such as Comet or Barkeepers friend before priming and painting.*
