We are happy to accept returns and exchanges as we understand that buying products online can be difficult.
We will refund or exchange providing the following is met:
• The product is not as described.
• You return the item within 14 days of delivery date with the original invoice included in your parcel. All references to process your return or exchange are on your invoice and should this be missing, this may result in your item being unrecognised, therefore you will not receive a refund or exchange or it may be greatly delayed.
• The item is returned complete and with original packaging.
Please take care when unpacking items and trying on where relevant. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on items which are not sent back in the same condition as you received. For example, clear signs of use, scuffs, make up marks etc. Items must not be purchased with the intent to "borrow or "loan", to then be returned.
If a return is agreed, then please place in original packaging and send back with your original invoice included in the parcel. All tags must still be on the items where relevant in order to issue a refund. We accept that items will be 'tried' but we will not accept a refund on an item which has been used or shows signs of use. If return items are sent back in a different condition to which they were sent, without tags and or original packaging, a refund will not be issued and we may send your item back.
In the unlikely event of a return, please keep your postage receipt safe just in case you need to track your parcel.
Please allow approx. 7 days for your refund to be processed although we will always work to process it immediately.
The item must be sent back in the same condition as received.
PLEASE NOTE
Any items that are requested for return due to a reason outside of our fault will be refunded in full apart from original postage which will be deducted to cover the cost of the initial postage. Any item returned due to an issue associated with an error on our part will be refunded in full.
In the event an item is returned, we ask that all postage fees are met by the expense of the buyer. We will only refund on the value of the item. If you would like to exchange an item, the same principle applies for postage fees, however, delivery of your new item is free!
Refunds will not be issued if items are returned to us not in original condition. If the original packaging and or tags are missing, a refund will also not be issued and we may return your item to you.
