Never used except to test every now and then, I originally bought it as a spare but it never got used,  I sold my other FL-40 a few months ago and as I'm never going to use it again, so it has to go. This is a heavy flash gun that takes 4x AA batteries. Please ensure  that your camera is compatible before purchasing as it isn't suitable for  all Olympus DSLRs. It has a leatherette bag in the box, but it has cracked where it has been folded for the last 20 years. I've left the bag in for completeness.
