This is the only-ever tribute to the REMO FOUR, Liverpool's top instrumental group during the 60's Beatle years. It featured Colin Manley, an exceptional talent until his untimely exit in 1999. Mal Jefferson, who was close friend of Colin and the group, has now recorded many of their unrecorded instrumentals, in the original arrangements, with the Black Knights.
He does not use the top-heavy echo loops that Colin used, so that you can hear the accurate playing of the lead guitar. It is a wide range of tunes from the Remo's  playing repertoire in the late 50s and early 60s - Duane Eddy/ Shadows/ Fireballs/ John Barry/ Hurricanes/ Lord Rockingham/ Atkins/ and jazz standards.
You can also hear the three guitars used, including a vintage Les Paul Custom with Stetbar and split coils. The Flying-V has original Alnico pickups, like the ES.175, clear and light. The strat is a Mexican guitar with an American honey-glaze neck and a Gibson Humbucker pick-up at the neck position, for a fuller sound.
This is our best seller for all guitarists. It is now widely used by guitar clubs and teachers.
