Preloved Fitbit Sense. The screen is cracked (as pictured) and we are unable to factory reset it. The settings app (pictured) does not open and we cannot complete the factory reset process. Not sure if you have a way to factory reset it but we couldn’t find a solution. Not able to connect/pair with a new Fitbit account either as it’s still paired with the original, even though we have logged out/forgotten device.

Comes with band, battery charger and has a battery life of up to 3 days when fully charged. But I’d still also check the battery as sometimes it doesn’t want to charge.

Overall the Fitbit Sense allows you to get your fitness goals on track with a stunning 1.58-inch display and a resolution of 336 x 336 for easy viewing of your heart rate, speed, and time.
