We always do our very best to fix problems that occur, so please tell us if anything is not 100% right.
Description:
We like to let the scans speak for themselves. If we have the wrong image on a listing, please use the “Contact Seller” link to let us know, and we will fix it as soon as possible. Our scanners are set to reproduce colors very accurately. But please remember that colors may differ slightly based on individual computer monitor settings.
Shipping:
We ship most orders via eBay Standard Shipping. We’ve have a tremendous track record with this method and shipping via eBay provides tracking detail to your location. One note to eBay standard shipping, the tracking will mark the item delivered when the item arrives to your local post office location. Please allow a few more days for actual delivery to your location. Items are always shipped to the address provided to us by eBay. If you need us to ship to a different address, please contact us via eBay Before completing payment. We Always ship our postcards in acid-free protective sleeves, to prevent scratching and damage.
And we Always use cardboard backing that helps protect the postcards from bending and creasing.
International Shipping:
We ship with USPS First-Class International Mail. If a shipment is over 3 ounces, we will usually split it into multiple envelopes, but we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees if the shipment is over 3 ounces, or will cost more than anticipated to ship to your country.
Refunds:
We honor unconditional returns within 30 days of the purchase date (i.e. Buy it Now or Auction End Date). In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and the refund will also include any original shipping fees paid. We want the chance to fix any problems before you return the item, so please contact us Before opening an eBay Return Request.
