Small items under 2Kg are shipped by Royal Mail or Hermes.

Larger items are sent by UPS / Business Post or similar couriers.
Methods of Payment

Items sent to confirmed addresses only. Once paid we can only ship to the address contained on the payment so please check it is correct first.
Returns
- Please check any item being delivered and if damaged mark it as such on the delivery ticket. Claims for transit damage cannot be entertained if the item has been signed for and damage not noted on the delivery ticket. Signing for an item as 'unchecked' or similar, does not cover the buyer for later claims for damage in transit.
- You must inform us of any intent to return an item within 14 days of arrival to you. All item must be returned to us within 30 days of arrival to you. Please keep receipt for proof of postage, as we may ask for this if the item is not received by us. Please include your eBay ID and a note detailing your request when returning and item.
