Original large format 5 x 7" film negative. Photographed at Freeport IL in 1936 by the documentary photographer Charles Medin. Attendee's names written in margins.

Charles Medin was artist/photographer and then assistant editor of the Illinois Central Magazine, circa 1900s to 1949. His images are well-known to railfans as he documented railroads and city street scenes across the Eastern & Southern states.
