IPAD mini4/7/8/9 Charge Port Replacement Service

This is a charge port repair service for ipad mini 4/7/8/9 consoles, you need to mail the whole console to us, please read the service terms carefully before purchasing, once you order this service, we will think you understand and agree to the below service terms.

The Ipad's charging function is related to the charge port and internal circuits, if any of them was damaged, the Ipad can't charge. 

If you find the charge port was damaged, you can choose this service, we will replace it with a new one and test it.

If we find it has other issues, we will let you know, if you use our other services, you need to pay extra, but we will give you a discount. 

We will print the shipping label for your return package, it comes from the eBay system, so you need to leave the correct address information on eBay before ordering the service. 

We will return your package via USPS, if your package is missing or damaged by the USPS, you need to claim for USPS by yourself.

We provide 90 days warranty for our repair services, but any physical or liquid damage to the console will automatically void the warranty and the warranty doesn't cover the shipping fee.

If the console is unrepairable or didn't get repaired for some reason, we will return it to you and send the partial refund after deducting $10 shipping fee and $20 checking fee.

How to work:

1/ Order this service, then you will receive our repair address message soon.

2/ Before shipping your device, make sure the address you leave on eBay is correct.  

3/ Please write down your ORDER NUMBER, eBay username, brief description of the problem on a piece of paper, if your device was mod or repaired before, you need to let us know.

4/ Keep this paper with your device and pack it properly, please do not mail the charger/joy-cons/dock/SD card/game card to us.

5/ Please ship your package to us as soon as possible, if we have not received your package over 10 business days after your payment, we have the right to cancel your order.

6/ Please send a message with the tracking number and estimated delivery date to us

7/ Once we receive it, we will check it as soon as possible. Please keep in touch with us, usually, the repair will be completed within 7 business days.
