Just a few points about my eBay sales. Generally, the items I sell are from clearing out our parent’s homes and other unused items around the house. I do not treat this as a business and do not buy to re-sell. We are just using eBay as a way of de-cluttering the house and raising a little extra money towards holidays etc.

All items will be well packed. I purchase packing material especially for my sales plus recycle where possible.

Small, low cost items will be sent via Royal Mail.  I'm afraid I can't accept responsibility for anything lost in the post by Royal Mail but I always get a proof of postage for all my Royal Mail packages. For small items above £10 value which will fit in a large letter I will usually use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. All larger items are usually sent using EVRI with high value items requiring a signature on arrival. If you want a alternative delivery service please message me.

If multiple items are purchased together I will always try and reduce postage costs where possible and applicable. If you pay up front the total including postage I will refund any excess at the completion of transaction, alternatively i can invoice for the full amount less discount.

If there is any problem with a purchase, please let me know before posting feedback so I can try and sort it out. Assuming all is OK then your feedback via eBay would be most appreciated. Please note that I will not normally provide you with feedback until after I know you have the item and are pleased with it.

Finally, please don't ask me to end a auction early or sell outside eBay. I will not do that or respond to any requests either.  Also if any items are to be collected direct from me I will not accept COD, only PayPal, though I will of course remove any p&p charges.
