5.75” tall, good condition has a couple flaws of ceramic flecks one I marked in next to last picture with green arrow. Also tiny chip on tip of nose-very hard to see. Called a spoon holder but works well for pens or pencils. Foil sticker on bottom, made in Japan. Base is 3.5” side to side, no repairs or cracks noted.
