The pitcher measures 9 1/2" tall and the tumblers are approx. 3 5/8" tall. 

Pitcher is in excellent condition, without any fleabites, nicks, chips, cracks, etc.  One glass has a defect when creating, as you can see in the last picture.  All other glasses are in excellent condition like the pitcher.
