100% COMPLETE with ZERO SUBSTITUTIONS - all correct shade of old grey and brown etc - old style rifles etc. Comes with all correct mini-figures, accessories, treasure in correct denominations, flags (no clips broken) and sail. Baseplate has some age-related discolouration, and has no cracks or structural damage. Some very few pieces (white flags mainly and the blue flat [sea] baseplate) have some evidence of age-related discolouration. SEE PICS! Instructions good and complete, but with some biro marks on them. Box has some sellotape repair on it, but is structurally good, with some shelf wear and inner tray / cellophane. Generally the set is in VGC.
