WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.  Healthy, one owner, smoke-free environment, fully functional and complete Sony 50EX645 50" flat screen lcd/led television with swivel base/or wall mount capable.  Bought new in 2012 has performed and is still working perfectly, excellent picture and sound.  It is what I suppose is first generation "smart" tv and Sony only used 2.4ghz frequency (single band) by wifi on this model.  It is up to date with latest firmware, but netflix login can be completed, then netflix states this version is no longer supported (due to age and 2.4ghz wifi I suppose) and Sony ceased updates for netflix.  We have used comcast cable boxes, over the air digital antenna (this years NCAA photo is CBS over the air), and accessed wifi apps (like netfix and prime) without issues using a blu-ray/dvd box via hdmi with later generation smart cards, or if you have roku type device.  No damage at all, it is complete with remote, owners manual, carton and all oem packing.  Available for local pickup, near airport I40 x216.  Perfect for someone entering long term care facility or dormitory.  If it does not sell on eBay it will be in household estate sale August 16,17,18, 2024.  It is 60# shipping weight, 50" x 32" x7" and would be considered oversize by UPS or FDX GRD standards.  Local pickup advised.
