I got this signed over 20 years ago at one of the many appearances Rex did at OSU back in the late 90s, early 2000s.

Rex is a great guy. He was one of Woody Hayes's all-time favorite players and was a talented QB who led OSU to a national title in '68, then came close to winning it all again the next year.  Rex was All-American in 1969 and placed 3rd in the Heisman balloting as well. These days, Rex lives on his ranch in Montana and enjoys working with his hands.
