Atelier Annick is a Designer label creating Luxury Handbags with an exotic touch for the woman who wants to indulge in something unique. Designer Annick Adjo, was born and raised in Paris to parents originating from the Ivory Coast in West Africa. Inspiration is taken from from her own personal background for her designs. The vibrancy in her African heritage gives the label its exotic flavour.
Atelier Annick uses the best available leather and fittings in Europe. Most are custom made to adapt to the designs. Handwoven materials are produced by Local craftsmen on a Fairtrade basis. All handbags are made in the UK and in France.
PAYMENT
Please pay within 48 hours, if for some reason this is not possible please message and let me know.
SHIPPING
Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment.
Most items will be posted out the same day if payment is received before 1pm.
Items purchased on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
I send all shipments tracked or with signed for delivery. For your security I only dispatch your order to the address or click and collect store that you provide at the checkout.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.
If your item is faulty or I have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to me within 14 days and I will give you a full refund or replacement.
No returns if items have been opened/used.

Postage and packaging costs can be combined for multiple purchases that can be posted together. If you wish to combine postage and will be bidding on or ordering other items please let me know so that I do not dispatch your item before any other purchases are made.
