MISSING PIECE POLICY

All new/sealed puzzles are supplied in the condition that they left the manufacturer. These are quality brands and it is very rare for these jigsaws to be missing pieces or to have other faults.

Many US manufacturers provide a missing piece service or replacement, but will not ship directly to the UK. Whilst I am able to source free replacements via my shipping company, the cost of intercontinental shipping and the VAT charged on arrival in the UK mean that unfortunately, it is not cost effective to do so.

In the unlikely event of missing pieces, please contact me with details of the item, including the puzzle title, barcode and manufacturer’s part number and photos of the puzzle, box and manufacturer’s packing slip. If I have a similar puzzle in stock, I will replace free of charge if requested.
Alternatively, I can either provide a partial refund or provide a discount on your next purchase.
