Green Chinese Vase

Very unusual small green porcelain Chinese vase, bald robed human figures, immortals (monks?) under a dragon.
This has been in storage for a long time. Bought it in Hong Kong 20 years ago. Don't know if it's an antique or a later copy.
Accumulated dirt residue on the base would suggest that it's quite old. Not my area so any info would be welcomed.
Dimensions: 14.5 cm tall, 7.5 cm wide, 5 cm deep.
Delivery to Taiwan only by courier, fee of $70.
Fully vaccinated household.
